The fingers of Nur-ul-Haq, older brother of famed young vocalist, Mirwais Najrabi (13), run across the keyboard of a traditional Indian instrument. During the Taliban years of 1996-2001, the genre slid publicly from the radar-screen. For that reason, 13-year old, Mirwais Najrabi, is like a renaissance unto himself.
