Smoke pours from the southwest corner of the Pentagon after a hijacked commercial airliner crashed into the building during the September 11th 2001 terror attacks. Hijackers took four US passenger planes hostage crashing two of them into the World Trade Center in New York and one into the Pentagon near Washington, DC.
