Leader of opposition centre-left 'The Union' coalition and former President of European Commission Romano Prodi waves to supporters from the stand in Rome's central Piazza del Popolo during the closing electoral rally of the 'Ulive tree' coalition. In his speech Prodi said the now, after five years, it is possible to 'renew the proud to be Italians' and invoked 'a bit of happines fro everybody'. The 'Ulive tree' coalition - including Democrats of Left, The Daisy and European Republicans Movement - is the most part of the larger 'The Union' electoral coalition.
