Cuba - Politics - Castro - Emabargo Violators

Fidel Castro at the Presidential Palace in Havana, Cuba, welcomes visitors on August 26, 1993. Castro was welcomed the visitors, a group of Americans who violated the US Embargo on Cuba and transported medical supplies and other needed materials across the US-Mexico border and onward to Cuba via cargo ship. The visiting organization is called "Pastors for Peace," and their goal is to challenge what they believe to be outdated and misdirected US policy toward Cuba.
