USA - Technology - Bionic Arms

Amputees Claudia Mitchell (R), the first woman to receive the appendages that allow her to control parts of the device by her thoughts alone, and Jesse Sullivan (L), the first successful recipient of the arm, demonstrate their prosthesis by exchanging high fives during a press conference at the National Press Club. Doctors say the bionic arm technology has the potential to help many amputees in the coming years as well as those injured in Iraq.
