A staff member at St. Vincent's Hospital Centre for Immunology in Sydney removes archived plasma samples used for HIV research from a minus 80 degree Celsius (-112 Fahrenheit) freezer. The world's biggest scientific HIV/AIDS conference opened in Australia on Sunday with experts calling on more funding for research and new findings which suggest male circumcision can reduce infection by 60 percent.
