Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe addresses ZANU PF supporters at the party's headquarters in Harare. President Robert Mugabe will defy British Prime Minister Gordon Brown's boycott threat if invited to attend a Europe-Africa summit, said Zimbabwe's UN Ambassador, 21 September 2007. It follows Mr Brown's threat that he will not attend the summit of African and EU leaders if Mr Mugabe is there.
