Portait of Erai Maggi Scheffer, Financial Director of Aprosoja. Maggi is considered the king of soy, holding the largest plantation some 494,000 acres or 200,000 hectares. His firm Bom Futuro uses 300 combine harvesters and 500 tractors to produce more than 600,000 tonnes of soy a year.
