Zimbabwe - MDC rally in Gweru

A supporter of Zimbabwe's main opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) holds a soapstone sculpture of Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe waving the opposition party's open hand slogan, at a rally to celebrate nine years since the MDC's formation, in Gweru, 300 km south-west of Harare, Zimbabwe. MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai said that he will not be forced to sign any power sharing deal with incumbent Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe while efforts to form a power-sharing government in Zimbabwe are stalled over differences over an interim constitution.
