French President and current European Union President Nicolas Sarkozy leaves after delivering a speech during a conference organized by the Council of the European Union to fight against Alzheimer's disease and related disorders at the Bibliotheque Nationale de France, in Paris, France. President Sarkozy presented a plan that represent an effort of 200 million euros over five years, from 2008 to 2012.
