China H1N1 vaccine production

epa01852011 Workers at the Sinovac Biotech company produce tens of thousands of doses of H1N1 vaccine in fresh chicken eggs in Beijing, China 08 September 2009. The vaccine is newly developed and just in time for the upcoming autumn influenza season. Although the H1N1 strain of influenza, also known as 'swine 'flu' has not yet proven more fatal than ordinary influenza authorities fear its rapid spread combined with mutation could be very dangerous.
