Relief of a scorpion fish in the Temple of Hatshepsut

This fish has two horns or tentacles above the eyes, before and after it humplike surveys. Also it has long back, breast and pelvic fins. The pair of horns which standing over the eyes is the only thing similar among this family, but all other characteristics are different. In the family Scorpaenidae, or the scorpion fish, there are representatives with nodules or growths on the chin and on the brow.
