Painting from the Tomb of Haremhab

Detail of a painting in the tomb of Haremhab who held title 'Captain of Archers', TT78 at Thebes. Haremhab was also 'Scribe of Recruits' and 'Royal Scribe'. His tomb contains very unique elements of beautiful reliefs and magnificent details. It is known that the ancient Egyptian artists first drew a network of longitudinal and transverse lines on the wall to help him to standardize the dimensions of people and scenes such as this locust.
