Relief of a boat and crew in the Temple of Hatchepsut

Historians estimate that boats Queen Hatshepsut sent to Punt were 25 meters long. Here we can see one of the boats of the royal expedition. As the scene records on the voyage to Punt, the ancient Egyptians paid great attention to the representations of the environment of Red Sea with a great variety of fish. The scene also gives an idea idea of how the Egyptian navigated at sea.
