Local youths block traffic during riots in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India on July 16, 2009. Local youths and political groups threw stones at Kashmiri Police and the much more heavily armed, Indian Central Reserve Police Force. The rioting started after two girls were raped and murdered by the police force.
