John Mays, 43, who is afflicted with a chronic disease, participates in the exercise class of the Lifestyle 180 program, at the Lyndhurst Campus of the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio on May 21, 2009. Lifestyle 180 is a six-week wellness program open to participants with health problems like hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, and multiple sclerosis. Participants meet with registered dietitians, exercise physiologists, stress management and yoga instructors for four-hour classes twice a week. The three main components of the program are nutrition and cooking, exercise, and stress management.
