epa02505173 A man is plunging from a balcony as a form of protest during a speech of Romanian prime minister Emil Boc (not in picture) in the Romanian parliament building, Bucharest, Romania, 23 December 2010. The man, identified as a technician working for national television, sustained some injuries from the fall and was rushed to a hospital.
