epa02516804 A photograph made available on 05 January 2011 shows Tunisian President Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali (L) paying a visit to Mohamed Al Bouazzizi (R), the protester who set himself alight on 17 December in a protest against unemployment, at a hospital in Ben Arous near Tunis, Tunisia, 28 December 2010. According to media sources on 05 January 2011, Bouazizi died at the hospital of the injuries he sustained when setting himself alight on 17 December. His suicide attempt had triggered a wave of protests and riots. EPA/STRINGER
