Leaders of Finnish political parties were gathered in the new Concert Hall to follow up the count of votes of the parliamentary elections. The expected rise of Finland‘s True Finns party was confirmed in early vote counting 17 April, after polls in the parliamentary election closed at 1700 GMT. Initial results showed the True Finns in third place with 18.7 per cent of the vote, a jump on the 4.1 per cent the party won in 2007. EPA/MAURI RATILAINEN FINLAND OUT
