Libya - War - Rebels Battle for Brega

Anti-Qadafi rebels run as artillery fired by Qadafi government forces explodes amongst them, on the road to Brega. Libyan rebels continued their attempts to push towards the oil town of Brega, Friday, launching volleys of rocket fired artillery in what seemed to be a more organized counter-attack than ones previously launched against Qadafi's forces. Despite their push, Rebel's seemed to make little progress from positions they'd occupied Thursday, advancing just several kilometers down the road throughout the day, and a large number of their forces undertook a hasty retreat later in the day after coming under accurate government artillery fire on the main road. . | Location: On the road between Ajdabiyeh and Brega, Libya.
