Rin Tin Tin IV, great-great-grandson of one of the silent screen's biggest money-makers, has been signed to star in a new series of 26 half-hour telefilms, "The Adventures of Rin TinTin," to be produced by Herbert B. Leonard Productions, Inc. for Screen Gems, TV subsidiary of Columbia Pictures. The new star is before an oil painting of his illustrious forebear on March 2, 1954 in Hollywood. (AP Photo)
