A White Stork (Ciconia ciconia) has landed on a lampshade next to a railway line in Bad Freienwalde, Germany, 01 March 2012. This stork has for years been one of the first of its kind to retrun quite early from his winter location. There are 1200 stork couples in Brandenburg. Photo: Patrick Pleul
