(120306) -- NEIJIANG, March 6, 2012 (Xinhua) -- Old televisions are piled at a recycle center in Niupengzi Village in Neijiang, southwest China's Sichuan Province, March 6, 2012. Since the 1980s, the Niupengzi Village of Neijiang, previously a well-known market of trading of waste materials, has grown into a recycling base including the recycle, reprocess and sales market for waste products. The construction of the recycling industry base in Niupengzi started in 2009 with an investment of 3.4 billion yuan. As the completion of several waste product recycle centers, sewage treatment plant, transportation centers and so on, Niupengzi became an important recycling industrial base in southwest China.
