Norwegian prosecutors were to resume questioning Anders Behring Breivik about the shooting spree he carried out last year, on the fifth and final day of his testimony. Breivik had begun on 20 April 2012 to tell the Oslo court in chilling detail about his arrival on Utoya island, where he shot dead 69 people.
