Pennsylvania Voters Head to the Polls in the State Primary Election
Herman Fredrick, of Norristown, Penn., takes back his I.D. while signing in to vote as Pennsylvania heads to the polls for the state's primary election on April 24, 2012 at the Laborers International Union of North America Local 135 polling location in Norristown, Penn. The state's new voter identification law is being tested in today's primary and will be enforced in the general election in November.
