(120430) -- GUANGZHOU, April 30, 2012 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on April 11, 2012 shows part of the mechanism of a stair-climbing wheelchair, which was made by technician-turned inventor Liu Tie'er for his rheumatoid wife, in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province. The two steering levers on both sides allow the wheelchair to move up and down a stairway. The user can also select wheel sets of different sizes to address changing stairway types.
