Facebook IPO In Times Square
May 18, 2012 - Manhattan, New York, U.S. - People and members of the media gather outside of Nasdaq Stock Market in Times Square as Facebook has its initial public offering this morning. The social network began trading Friday morning on the Nasdaq Stock Market after selling 421 million shares at $38 apiece to raise $16 billion.
