"Levitated Mass" art project opens at the Los Angeles Museum of Art. The center piece of the exhibit, a giant 340 ton 22 foot tall rock, was placed over a 456 foot long concrete slot constructed on LACMA's campus. Visitors are now able to walk under the giant outdoor sculpture designed by Michael Heizer. This photo is a panorama constructed of three separate images.
