Protest held against Viktor Yanukovych on Constitution Day
Kiev, Ukraine. 28th June 2012 -- A woman holds a picture of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, while a man aims a water pistol at it. According to the constitution, The President of Ukraine enjoys the right of immunity during the term of authority. -- At the Presidential Administration offices a protest action takes place where members accused the government of 'raping the constitution'. Any law passed by parliament can be vetoed by the President; however, parliament can override his veto.
