Noblesville, United States. 18th July 2012 -- Submerged tree stump is exposed and docks are on dry ground from severely low water levels at Morse Reservoir during a record breaking drought in Indiana. -- Central Indiana welcomes brief showers, but they have little impact in ending the record breaking drought. Central Indiana has received less than .10 of rain since the 1st of June, breaking a record set in 1908.
