Manila, Philippines. 9th August 2012 -- A traditional horse-drawn kalesa seen passing through a flooded street in Manila as it helps transport people around the capital. -- Kalesa or horse drawn calash are the main attraction and transportation for tourists wanting to roam Manila. But as the capital floods, these horses are being used to transport people from affected areas with fares rising higher than normal.
