Dead dolphin on the shore of Elmer's Island, Louisiana. Elmer's Island a popular destination in Louisiana for fishing has seen a drop in tourism since the BP oil spill. More dead marine animals have washed up on Gulf Coast beaches since the BP oil spill but the scientific evidence as to the animals causes of death are in dispute.
