(120814) -- NANJING, Aug. 14, 2012 (Xinhua) -- People visit the Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, Aug. 14, 2012. The government of Nanjing restarted applying for UNESCO's Memory of the World Programme with the historic data of the Nanjing Massacre committed by Japanese invading troops in 1937 on Monday.
