New orleans, United States. 29th August 2012 -- A GOES-13 infrared satellite image of Tropical Storm Isaac provided by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Monterey, Calif., Shows the storm at 1:00 a.M. EST. -- Hurricane Isaac knocked out power, flooded Gulf-front roads and pushed water over the top of an 18-mile section of a rural Louisiana levee before dawn, as it approaches New Orleans satellite images show.
