The house at 1821 North 29th in Lincoln was purchased by Jack and Euphemia Spicer in 1922. He worked as a laborer, houseman, and gardener. The dapper man may be Mr. Spicer; the young woman at left probably is his daughter Sirilda Belva Spicer (1894-1993).
