One man holds a placard saying 'Being Black is not a Crime'. -- Eritrean refugees protest in Tel Aviv calling on the interior minister Eli Yishai to grant them refugee statues. Eli Yishai has taken a tough line on migrants, insisting on a round-up of mainly Sudanese and Eritrean people.
