New york, United States. 28th October 2012 -- The last train on number 2 line leaving 110th Street Station in Harlem, as the New York City public transport system is being shut down in anticipation of the arrival of Hurricane Sandy. -- Many of New York City's homeless, amongst the most vulnerable to extreme weather, have not yet sought or found shelter as Hurricane Sandy approaches from the Atlantic. The city's byzantine shelter system may be to blame.
