Queens, United States. 2nd November 2012 -- New Yorkers stand in line to fill up gas jugs. Because of Hurricane Sandy, many people are left to use gas generators to power their homes. -- Hurricane Sandy is proving that there are more challenges to be met. Thousands are left without power forcing people to use gasoline powered generators to power up their homes. In turn, many are seeing a gas shortages throughout New York.
