USA - Hurricane Sandy Aftermath - Relief to the Residents of Red Hook

While the power has come back on in almost all of Manhattan, the Red Hook housing projects remain without lights, running water, or heat. Trash and human waste litter the buildings and there are reports of robberies and rapes.
