New York City reassigns polling places because of Hurricane Sandy

The Board of Elections scrambled to relocate 60 polling places in the city. -- New York City reassigned 60 polling places that have flooded, have no electricity, or are in use as shelters for victims of hurricane Sandy. The frequently criticized Board of Elections hastily informed voters via its web site and crude signs.
