Cairo, Egypt. 6th December 2012 -- An Egyptian watches army soldiers as they set up barbed wire barricades. The move comes over the president's decision to expand his powers to help him push through a mostly Islamist-drafted constitution. -- Army tanks were deployed outside the Egyptian presidential palace in a street where supporters and opponents of President Mohamed Morsi had been clashing into the early hours of the morning on 6 December, in Cairo Egypt.
