Liberace

Liberace

Chortling to his opening night audience at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, master showman, Liberace, quipped, "When I go patriotic, I don't fool around." He threw out the comment as the danced and sang his way through comedian Red Skelton's new tune, "Red, White, and Blue" lyrics by Liberace. Liberace's hot pants costume, also red, white, and blue, cost $4,000, and was designed by San Francisco, custom leather specialist, Wendell.
