Madrid, Spain. 26th January 2013 -- Protesters claim the CIE, like the rest of prisons, are legal loopholes to justify all kinds of abuse and harassment of people crowded there. -- People gather in Madrid to demonstrate against the CIEs (Detention centers for foreigners). The protesters claim the centers detain and deport foreigners unfairly.
