Berlin, Germany. 5th February 2013 -- German Federal President Joachim Gauck stands with the stamps in a red binder. -- The German President Joachim Gauck follows the tradition of all his predecessors and takes over the patronage of the charity stamps and receives the first editions of the charity stamps in 2013 from FM Wolfgang Schaeuble at Bellevue in Berlin.
