A walk along the River Thames on the Southbank in London. A graffiti artist sprays a new piece. Part of the South Bank Centre known as the under-croft, has been used by the skateboarding community since the early seventies. Originally an architectural dead-spot, it has become a home of British skateboarding. This area is very popular especially on the weekends for Londoners to walk and see different arts, culture and entertainment.
