Mugabe attacked the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) for claiming that there is political violence in the country as well as attacking the United States of America envoy to Zimbabwe Bruce Wharton for siding with the opposition. Zimbabwe is due to hold elections in 2013 with the date still to be announced.
