Syria - War - Families Take Shelter in Old Roman Caves as Regime Forces Bombard Their Homes

The son of Ahmad Sheikh, in blue fatigues, sat with his own children in the cave occupied by their father, in Jabal Zawiya, Idlib Province. As the civil war in Syria drags on, Syrians living in rebel areas have found themselves under nearly constant bombardment from forces of the Assad regime planes and artillery pieces that are spread out in an archipelago of bases around the country.
