FILE - In the April 18, 2012 file photo, Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange talks with reporters in Montgomery, Ala. Strange isn't getting involved on whether the Public Service Commission should have a formal review of rates for some of the state's largest utilities. PSC member Terry Dunn sent a letter to Strange seeking his help in getting a formal review of utility rates for Alabama Power, Alabama Gas and Mobile Gas. Dunn turned to the attorney after the other PSC members decided to hold informational hearings on the three utilities rather than formal rate reviews. Strange said it's the PSC's job to set its own procedures and then do its job to make sure rates are reasonable. (AP Photo/Dave Martin, File)
