FBI agents escort Philip C. Testa (right) alleged Lieutenant for Philadelphia's reported "Cosa Nostra" chief Angelo Bruno to a hearing before U.S. Commissioner Edward Furia. Testa was on of the men arrested in the area by the FBI in connection with an extortion case involving a loan shark racket. Bruno, named as the top man in the Philadelphia "Cosa Nostra" by informer Joseph Valachi, is also being sought by Federal agents.
