Cape Town, South Africa. 30th June 2013 -- President Barack Obama is seen waving from his car as he leaves Masiphumelele, Cape Town. Earlier he visited Robben Island and paid tribute to Nelson Mandela. -- Crowds of children and community members waited excitedly for President Barack Obama to arrive in Masiphumelele. But security was tight and they only managed to catch a glimpse of the President as he arrived to meet Tutu at the Tutu HIV Foundation.
